  • How soon do purchased physical paper gift cards and tickets reach the parcel machine?

    Shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2 working days from the receipt of payment. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 7 calendar days. It is important to remember that the speed of delivery depends on the postal service provider.

  • Do I earn bonus points for a purchase?

    A Club One customer does not earn bonus points for purchases made in the e-shop.

  • What to do if the purchased gift card is not suitable?

    Please make sure that the purchase is suitable before making the purchase. Gift cards can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Do I always receive a gift card on paper?

    Please choose whether you want a gift card by e-mail or by mail when making a purchase. If you have ordered a gift card by e-mail, the paper gift card will not be sent.

  • How can I use the hotel accommodation gift card?

    Please be sure to book accommodation through the channels indicated on the gift card before arrival at the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, please present the gift card at check-in.

    Before arriving at the restaurant, please be sure to book a table through the channels indicated on the gift card. Upon arrival at the restaurant, please present the gift card before paying for food and drinks.

  • Why do some gift cards have their value indicated on them and some don’t?

    Please be sure to follow the product description, which indicates the conditions of use and additional information. We sell gift cards with their value marked on, i.e. gift cards with a monetary value, and gift cards for products that do not have their value indicated.

  • Why is there no VAT on the gift card?

    Gift cards purchased from the Tallink Hotel e-shop are multipurpose and VAT is calculated when the gift card is used.
