Our traditional Oyster and Seafood Dinner is coming again! The event, which takes place at the restaurant City Grill House in the Tallink City Hotel, is very popular and places fill up quickly.

At this exceptional dinner, guests will be welcomed by real professionals – five-time world champion in oyster opening Anti Lepik, chefs Anatolijs Pimanovs (Restaurant City Grill House), Ando Lill (Restaurant Nero), Khampan Pukdangpan (Restaurant NOK NOK), Kārlis Rūdolfs Aiše (Restaurant Flavore).

Every chef has his own style and signature. In addition to enjoying the wonderful delicacies prepared by them, you can also learn a lot of exciting things about oysters and seafood.

The dinner starts with a fast-paced oyster opening show where the world champion in oyster opening Anti Lepik introduces the world of oysters. You will be amazed at how fast it is possible to open the oysters. This is a rare opportunity to see with your own eyes the world champion in action! There is a lot of excitement as the oysters must be opened in a really high-quality and flawless manner.

Once the oysters are opened with the show, the sensational 5-course dinner begins, where wonderful wines have been selected by Bestwine sommelier Juri Brattšik to accompany the delicious oysters and seafood dishes. Pleasant musical background is provided by DJ Tom Lilienthal.
