We have some wonderful news! Our new and vibrant executive chef, Thuleewan Boonyarattana, has brought a variety of new and authentic Thai delights to NOK NOK’s menu — from stir-fries and curries to appetisers and desserts — and now you have the chance to come and try them for yourself.
Start at the beginning
At any lively gathering, the table is best filled with small bites that complement good conversation and the sharing of impressions. For such occasions, the new menu offers roasted duck spring rolls, steamed Thai dumplings with prawn and chicken fillings, and grilled beef sirloin slices with Thai dipping sauce.
The tasting menus, much loved by our guests, have also been refreshed. These menus offer the opportunity to sample a selection of our dishes in smaller portions — a great way to get an overview of what NOK NOK has to offer, while still leaving room for more.

Chef’s pride – lamb curry
The new chef’s signature dish is a flavour-rich and generously served Massaman curry with lamb shank, which is perfect for sharing. “Lamb shank is usually considered too strong in flavour and tricky to prepare, but I wanted to challenge that perception. Even though I rarely eat meat myself, this slow-cooked, rich and full-flavoured lamb shank in spicy Massaman sauce is my favourite meat dish. I proudly introduce it to our guests at NOK NOK,” says Thuleewan.

Among the curries and main dishes, there are more potential favourites to be found — such as the seductively fragrant red curry with duck breast, cherry tomatoes, pineapple and grapes, and the whole grilled fish in banana leaf with fresh Thai herbs.
More plant-based dishes
Vegetarian guests will be pleased with several new additions, from crispy tempura vegetables to stir-fried tofu dishes complemented by Thai sauces. As before, tofu can be chosen instead of meat in our noodle dishes. And classic vegetarian favourites — vegetable spring rolls, fried mushrooms and wok-fried aubergine — remain on the menu.

Drunken noodles?
The menu now also features a dish with a slightly intriguing name — “drunken” noodles. One might think it’s made with alcohol, but that’s not the case! These popular noodles got their name because in Thailand, people often enjoy this spicy and hearty dish in the early morning hours on their way home from a long night of celebration (or the day after). Here at NOK NOK, we are confident that these stir-fried rice noodles with prawns or chicken will appeal to Thai food lovers at any time of day.

Something sweet
Good surprises continue in the dessert section — we cannot ignore the chef’s famous brownie, which leaves no one indifferent. And as everyone knows, more than one dessert is always better, so do not miss out on the crispy deep-fried banana and pineapple either!

The favourites remain
NOK NOK’s long-time friends need not worry — in updating the menu, we have not let go of our guests’ all-time favourites. And yes, our refreshing cocktails and mocktails are still here to enhance every dish on the table.
Just as in Thailand, everything at our restaurant is meant to be shared. So bring your favourite people and treat yourselves to an evening full of authentic and exciting new flavours at NOK NOK.
