For the fourth time, this special celebratory dinner brings together two acclaimed chefs – Sergejs Siporovs and Anatolijs Pimanovs – who have created an exclusive menu especially for the occasion, with truffles taking centre stage. Each course is paired with a wine selected by sommelier Juri Brattšik, while carefully curated DJ music sets the mood for the evening.

What can you expect?

Joining us from Latvia, Sergejs Siporovs will be the guest chef for the evening. He is the chef of Snatch, a restaurant awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand, and has also honed his skills in several Michelin-starred restaurants. Alongside him is the evening’s host, Anatolijs Pimanovs, Head Chef at City Grill House. Together, they have created an enticing menu centred around the delicate and aromatic truffle. At times subtle and at others more pronounced, truffle makes its presence felt throughout the dinner, from the very first bite to the final course, adding its distinctive depth and character to each dish.

Each course is paired with a carefully selected wine, creating an exceptional combination of flavours – at times highlighting the truffle’s depth and earthy elegance, at others bringing freshness and contrast. Here, wine is far more than a companion to the food; it is an integral part of the experience, which is why the wine pairing is included in the ticket price.

  • How soon do purchased physical paper gift cards and tickets reach the parcel machine?

    Shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2 working days from the receipt of payment. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 7 calendar days. It is important to remember that the speed of delivery depends on the postal service provider.
