Bonus points
Bonus points are added value accompanying other club member benefits, i.e., points you can collect on services and products. Earned bonus points in your Club One account are divided into two accounts.

As a Club One customer, you earn valuable bonus points. Be sure to present a Club One loyalty card each time you make a purchase at the hotel. This is how you collect bonus points, which you can use in Tallink and Tallink hotels.
If you book accommodation through the hotel’s channels, you will also earn bonus points:
- from Deli purchases;
- from room billed services;
- from minibar purchases;
No bonus points earned:
- from orders placed through resellers or other booking systems
- from accommodation bookings if the invoice is paid by a company
- from conference services
- from purchases made in the Spa bar
- from purchases made in the Tallink Hotels online store
- from the services provided by the partners
- if the customer presents the club card after the purchase
- Bonus point levels
In order to have the bonus points registered, the Club One card must always be presented at the moment of the purchase. For all purchases made in the hotel bonus points are credited on the client’s account with the rate:
- bronze client 1 € = 21 bonus points
- silver client 1 € = 25 bonus points
- gold client 1 € = 29 bonus points
Club One bonus points are valid for 24 months. Points for hotel services and purchases are credited to the customer’s point account no later than one week after the trip.
- Usage of bonus points
As a Club One member, you earn bonus points for accommodations, purchases, and travel, which you can later use at hotels on site and pay in part for upgrading your hotel room.
