What is Club One?
Club One is Tallink’s loyalty program designed to reward your travels and experiences. As a member, you’ll enjoy the best deals across our ships, hotels, restaurants, and E-SHOP. Every purchase earns you valuable points that can be redeemed for ferry tickets, dining and bar bills, water park visits, beauty and wellness treatments, and shopping in our E-SHOP. Joining is completely free—and your discounts start right away.

Club One points
As a Club One member, you earn valuable points with every purchase, which you can later use to buy ferry tickets, pay part of your restaurant bill, enjoy the water park, and more.

Whenever you book accommodation or make a purchase at a hotel, be sure to present your Club One card. This way, you earn points that can be used to pay for Tallink services.
When you book accommodation through the Tallink Silja booking system, Tallink customer service, Tallink Hotels’ website, or directly at the hotel, you earn bonus points for both the accommodation and any services charged to the room.
Club One members earn points based on their membership level as follows:
- Club members earn 20 points for every 1 € spent
- Silver members earn 30 points for every 1 € spent
- Gold members earn 35 points for every 1 € spent
- Platinum members earn 40 points for every 1 € spent
Bonus points are valid for 24 months. Points for hotel services and purchases are credited to the customer’s points account no later than one week after the service is used.

You can use Club One points to pay for your bill at:
- Restaurants Nero, City Grill House, and NOK NOK
- All Tallink Hotels lobby bars
- All Tallink Hotels lobby bars
- Beauty and wellness center at Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel
You can use points to pay for up to 10% of the total bill. If your points balance is less than the maximum possible discount, the entire balance will be used, and the discount will be calculated based on the points used.
Points can be used in addition to the standard Club One discount.
You can also use points to upgrade your room category by paying part of the cost with points.
Club One Member Birthday in Our Restaurants
All Club One members are invited to celebrate their birthday at Tallink hotel restaurants and Thai restaurant NOK NOK. As a Club One member, you will receive a special gift – a chance to win a surprise worth up to 354 € from the big Tallink gift chest.
