Our guests are welcome to celebrate events and anniversaries in the event area on the 10th floor, which has a magnificent city view and is equipped with state-of-the-art conference equipment.
The event centre on the 10th floor of the Tallink City Hotel with a magnificent city view is suitable for organising meetings, conferences, trainings, hybrid conferences, gatherings and anniversaries. The event centre with its state-of-the-art conference equipment and office tools is suitable for both larger and smaller groups.
Rooms and layout
The hall is furnished with restaurant/café-style tables and chairs and can be partitioned into two separate rooms – MyStar and MegaStar. One side wall has floor-to-ceiling windows with great views of the city centre.

Equipment
The hall is equipped with the necessary conference equipment for the events – screens, speakers, microphones, sound desk, ClickShare computer connection. An event with even the most demanding technical solutions can be organised here easily and smoothly. In addition, the hall has air conditioners that can be adjusted separately from the remote control and blinds installed on the windows.
For the convenient registration of event participants, a reception has been built in front of the event hall. The hotel has signposts and screens that display the event logo, agenda, pictures and more to make gatherings easier. Book an event area and arrange a meeting in the comfort of Tallink City Hotel.
Catering and accommodation
Tallink City Hotel’s versatile catering and accommodation solutions allow for the convenient organization of both short and long-term events.
Catering can be arranged in the event area according to the client’s wishes, as the hall has an integrated table for drinks and a buffet table for serving both hot and cold dishes. A special breakfast for groups or VIPs can be served in the hall upon request. Catering can also be provided in the impressive elevator hall in front of the event area, or lunch and dinner can be ordered at City Grill House.
