Have a gift card for Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel?

During the renovation, from November 2026 to June 2027, you can use Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel gift cards at Tallink City Hotel to pay for a comparable product or service. Water centre gift cards will be automatically extended by the period during which their validity overlaps with the spa hotel’s renovation period.

Below, you’ll find detailed instructions depending on the type of gift card you have.

Club One gift box gift cards

Club One gift box gift cards will be automatically extended by the period during which their validity overlaps with the spa hotel’s renovation period.

The water centre will be closed from November 2026 to June 2027. For example, if your water centre gift card is valid until January 2027, it will be extended by two months, November and December, when the card cannot be used due to the renovation. This means the gift card will remain valid for another two months after the spa reopens (in July and August). If the overlapping period is shorter than one month, we will extend the card by one full month.

All Club One gift box gift cards can also be used at Tallink City Hotel. In this case, the gift cards can be redeemed for the following alternatives:

• A water centre gift card can be used to visit the relaxation area at Tallink City Hotel (advance booking required).
• If your gift card includes a pizza and a soft drink, you can redeem it for a hamburger and a soft drink at City Grill House during the renovation.
• Nero Restaurant gift cards, including brunch and breakfast gift cards, can be used at City Grill House for the same monetary value.
• Accommodation gift cards are also valid at Tallink City Hotel.
• Beauty treatment gift cards are also valid at Tallink City Hotel.

You can book the alternative products and pay for them using your existing gift card. It will retain the same monetary value and validity period at Tallink City Hotel as originally issued.

Gift cards purchased from the Tallink Hotels website

Customers who purchased gift cards from the Tallink Hotels website will receive new gift cards with extended validity. We will send these to the purchasers directly during November. If you have any questions, please contact marketing@tallinkhotels.com.

Other physical and PDF gift cards
