This year, the event will take place at City Grill House, with three talented chefs in the kitchen, and we are also expecting a representative from the Angellozzi Truffle House, who will share the secrets of truffle hunting with our guests.

One of the stars of the evening is Sergejs Siporovs from Latvia, chef at the Michelin BiB Gourmand-awarded restaurant Snatch, who has honed his skills in several Michelin-starred restaurants. Joining him are Kārlis Rūdolfs Aiše, sous chef at Nero restaurant, and Anatolijs Pimanovs, head chef at City Grill House.

Together, they’ve crafted a tempting six-course menu, with truffles taking center stage. Each course will be paired with the perfect wine selected by Bestwine’s sommelier Juri Brattšik.

Both Juri Brattšik and all the chefs will be present at the dinner to introduce the dishes and wines. In addition, a representative from the Angellozzi Truffle House will be joining us to share the secrets of truffle hunting.
