The truffle dinner returns – now for the third time! The tradition is made even more special this year by the arrival of representatives from the Angellozzi truffle house, flying in directly from Italy for the occasion. This fifth-generation truffle-hunting family will share their story and the secrets of truffle harvesting with the guests.

This year’s dinner will take place at City Grill House, where three exceptional chefs will be working in the kitchen. Guest chef Sergejs Siporovs from Latvia, working at the Michelin BiB Gourmand-awarded restaurant Snatch, has experience in several Michelin-starred kitchens. He will be joined by Kārlis Rūdolfs Aiše, sous chef at Nero, and Anatolijs Pimanovs, head chef at City Grill House.

Together, they’ve created a tempting six-course menu, with truffles taking center stage. Each course will be paired with a perfectly matched wine selected by Bestwine’s sommelier Juri Brattšik.

Both Juri and all the chefs will be present at the dinner to introduce the dishes and wines.
