Tallinn Cocktail Week is back! For the eighth time, the city’s cocktail week invites everyone to explore the stylish bars and restaurants of the capital – places where the craft of bartending and the art of fine cocktails are truly appreciated.
Each venue participating in Tallinn Cocktail Week will create a special menu designed to showcase their mixology at its finest. This year, the menu consists of two cocktails and one mocktail:
- Disco – a 2025 special category, open to creative interpretation by each bar or restaurant
- Bartender Choice – the house signature and pride
- Mocktail – a non-alcoholic cocktail
Tallink participants this year include: City Grill House and City Hotel Lobby Bar, Restaurant Nero and Spa & Conference Hotel Lobby Bar, and NOK NOK.

City Grill House and the hotel’s lobby bar are among the most beloved spots in the heart of the city to kick off or wind down your evening with a flavorful drink. The Cocktail Week menu includes:
DISCO: Whirling-in-Rags
A cocktail with a philosophical aftertaste, inspired by the world of Disco Elysium. It’s an experience reminiscent of disco ball glimmers, misty beams of light, and a smoky dance floor.
Ingredients: coconut oil-infused mezcal, Paragon Senja white pepper cordial, dash of salt
BARTENDER CHOICE: Devilberry
A modern long drink combining exotic and local flavors, highlighting sustainability and a green mindset. Spicy, sparkling, and gastronomically intriguing!
Ingredients: Habanero-infused Cazcabel Tequila Blanca, sea buckthorn cordial (handmade at City Grill House), soda water, parmesan crisp with black salt
MOKTEIL: Beaty Pomme
A fresh and fruit-vegetable-forward non-alcoholic drink where different flavor notes flirt playfully. Bold and captivating.
Ingredients: pomegranate-beetroot-apple juice, cider vinegar cordial, soda water, pinch of salt, vegetable chips
Spa & Conference hotell
The Spa & Conference Hotel’s lobby bar and restaurant Nero work hand in hand – and so does this playfully indulgent cocktail menu, perfectly fitting for a spa setting:
DISCO: I Feel Love (by Donna Summer)
A vibrant blue, silky-frothed cocktail inspired by the legendary 1977 disco hit – our playful tribute to disco glamour!
Ingredients: Cachaça 51, lime juice, house-made spirulina syrup (Nero), lemon, egg white, dash of salt
BARTENDER CHOICE: Catchy Neroni
A playful and sunny twist on the classic Negroni – bittersweet yet elegantly floral. Bold, refreshing, and unforgettable.
Ingredients: Cachaça 51, Aperol, Martini Bianco, house-made lemon syrup (Nero), orange bitters
MOKTEIL: Pink Harry
An irresistibly frothy, creamy, and fruity delight that charms with freshness and playfulness – sure to make you smile!
Ingredients: house-made lemon syrup (Nero), grenadine syrup, cream, apple juice

NOK NOK is renowned as the ambassador of authentic Thai flavors in Tallinn’s Old Town. But beyond cuisine, it also offers a cocktail menu with exciting exotic twists. The stars of this year’s cocktail week are:
DISCO: Staying A-Lime
An elegant, tropically luxurious rum cocktail with a zing of passion and lime – the perfect companion for a stylish disco night!
Ingredients: Havana Club 3y, lime juice, passion fruit juice, sugar syrup, soda water
BARTENDER CHOICE: Bangkok G&T
A bold and zesty Thai-style take on the classic gin & tonic – where juniper-rich gin mingles with the peppery-anise notes of Thai basil. A cocktail for the daring!
Ingredients: Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin, Thai basil, lime, Fentimans tonic water
MOKTEIL: Virgin Piña Colada
A creamy tropical treat that blends juicy ripe pineapple with velvety coconut softness. Every sip transports you to a sunlit beach where the sea sparkles and time stands still.
Ingredients: pineapple juice, coconut water, cream
