The traditional oyster and seafood dinner will, as always, take place on Valentine’s Day – 14 February at 19:00 at the City Grill House restaurant. Thanks to the delightful mood‑setting music, exquisite flavours, and perfectly paired wines, the event is extremely popular among guests, so we recommend booking your seats early!
The delicious four‑course menu has been created by the head chefs of our restaurants – each with their own style and signature, yet in harmony with one another. The wines are paired by a professional sommelier, and the oyster selection is curated by one of Estonia’s top oyster experts.
Entertainment and culinary experiences will be provided by:
- Five‑time world champion in oyster shucking, oyster sommelier Anti Lepik (Austerium)
- Well‑known and beloved sommelier Juri Brattšik (Bestwine)
- City Grill House head chef Anatolijs Pimanovs
- NOK NOK head chef Thuleewan Boonyarattana

In addition to wonderful flavours, the dinner also offers new and interesting insights. The evening will begin with a dynamic oyster‑shucking show – guests will have the chance to see a world champion in action. The excitement and thrill continue, because the oysters must not only be opened quickly but also with perfect quality.
Once the show has left everyone amazed, the experiential dinner begins with exquisite oyster and seafood courses. Each course is accompanied by a perfectly paired wine, all set to relaxing background music.
