Our Restaurants City Grill House, Ristorante Flavore, and Nero Have Once Again Received the Family-Friendly Dining Restaurant Recognition!

The Estonian Association of Large Families launched a program in 2021 to award the family-friendly dining venue label, aiming to contribute to the creation of a more family-friendly society where families with children are noticed, valued, and their real needs are recognized.

All three Tallink restaurants that applied for the title – Nero, City Grill House, and Ristorante Flavore – have once again received the recognition! In addition to smiles and friendly service, our restaurants delight families with the following child- and family-friendly features:

  • At City Grill House, there is a spacious Children’s Area on the forest floor where young guests can climb and play. Additionally, various toys and activity books with crayons are offered at the table. A special menu for children, cool cocktails, and sparkling drinks for festive occasions are also available (loved by adults too!).
  • At Nero, there is a cozy children’s corner where kids can stretch their legs, socialize, and play when they get tired of sitting properly at the table. Additionally, Nero has a basket of toys and board games that families can play together at the table, enhancing family bonds. Like at City Grill House, Nero offers a special menu for children, fun cocktails, and sparkling drinks.

  • At Ristorante Flavore, children’s favourites are the fun pizzas with ears and faces and the delightful children’s cocktails. Flavore also has a basket of toys with cool games from which kids can choose their favourites. It is very popular among young guests.

  • At the breakfast services of restaurants Nero and City Grill House, we offer ice cream for children and a fantastic opportunity to make their own waffles.

  • Starting August 25th, the Sunday family brunches at restaurant Nero will return from their summer break, featuring a fun character who entertains children with face painting and balloon animals, along with a rich buffet table.

It is wonderful to celebrate both important events and simply spend quality time with family at our restaurants. Adding a visit to the water centre of Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel will make the whole day unforgettable! We have also created convenient family packages where everything is organized for you.

Memorable experiences can also be created together in the Kids Suite of Tallink City Hotel – a two-room suite specifically designed for families with children, filled with games and climbing opportunities, with a cheerful, colourful children’s room and a more subdued adult room allowing parents to relax and enjoy the view of the happy children playing in the other room.
