NOK NOK’s new executive chef, Thuleewan Boonyarattana, is hosting a truly immersive five-course special dinner on April 12 to celebrate the arrival of the Thai New Year. She has carefully curated a menu featuring her favourite dishes from Thai cuisine, paired with perfectly selected wines by Bestwine’s sommelier, Juri Brattšik.
