Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel’s restaurant Nero is now dedicated to Italian cuisine

Starting from May 29, 2025, Nero will operate under a new concept – as a restaurant focused on Italian cuisine, offering authentic and high-quality culinary experiences for both hotel guests and local visitors.
Italian cuisine is known for its distinct flavors, simple ingredients, and rich variety. Nero’s new menu draws inspiration from regional traditions and features some of Italy’s most renowned dishes: handmade ravioli ai gamberi, fresh caprese with buffalo mozzarella, classic lasagne alla bolognese, golden cotoletta di pollo alla milanese, flavorful truffle mushroom risotto, and beloved desserts like tiramisu, panna cotta, and affogato al caffè.
The selection is complemented by pizzas prepared by our skilled pizzaiolos in a genuine pizza oven. The menu includes several favorites: Bufala, Margherita, 4 Formaggi, and Prosciutto Crudo. For those who prefer bolder flavors, 4 Stagioni con Carne and Calabria are excellent choices.
Nero’s beverage list will also be refreshed, placing greater emphasis on Italian wines, aperitifs, and classic cocktails.
