Discover the secrets behind silky-smooth, flavour-rich handmade truffles. During this workshop, you’ll learn how to identify high-quality chocolate, prepare the perfect ganache, and shape beautiful truffles with confidence.

We explore the history of chocolate and truffles, ingredient quality and flavour development. You’ll learn how to prepare ganache, understand the importance of temperature and texture, and discover how professional techniques influence the final result. We’ll also explore flavour combinations ranging from vanilla and coffee to citrus fruits, nuts and luxurious liqueurs.

In the practical session, each participant creates at least six distinctive truffles using different fillings, coatings and finishing techniques. Cocoa, nuts, coconut and glaze add unique character to every creation. At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home your handcrafted truffles beautifully packaged in an elegant gift box.
