The Latvian National Art Museum (Latvijas Nacionalais makslas muzejs) is the largest in Latvia and houses more than 52,000 works of art from Baltic and Russian painters and sculptors. In the museum, you can see various exhibitions that change regularly and partake in tours and educational programs. Riga Motor Museum (Rigas Motormuzejs) In the museum, you will find exciting and original exhibits, and the permanent exhibition is dedicated to the history of old vehicles and motorcycles in Latvia and around the world.

In the Laima Chocolate Museum you can enjoy chocolate with all your senses – seeing, tasting, smelling, hearing, and touching! In the museum, you can taste a hot chocolate drink, see what chocolate is made of and what different types of chocolate there are, and touch the wall of cocoa beans to feel how the bean grows. In the creative chocolate workshop, you can make and taste special chocolates yourself and take them away with you packed in a beautiful box.

The Latvian Ethnographic Open-Air Museum (Latvijas Etnografiskais Brivdabas Muzejs), spread over 100 hectares on the edge of the city of Riga, offers a lot of exciting discoveries for visitors of all ages. It is one of the oldest and largest open-air museums in Europe. Here it is nice to walk, in winter also to ski, and to peek into the life of Latvian farmers and fishermen of old times, to discover saunas of the ancient Latvians, to participate in holiday celebrations and do crafts.

The Latvian National Museum of Nature (Latvias Dabas Muzejs) is the oldest complex museum of natural sciences in the Baltics and the largest complex repository of natural resources in Latvia. The museum is a great treat for all nature lovers! In the museum, you will find modern and interactive expositions, versatile exhibitions, guided tours, and extensive collections of natural resources.

At Riga Fashion Museum, visitors can see unique costumes, clothing items, and accessories from the collection of the well-known fashion collector Aleksander Vassiljev. The museum is located near the House of the Black Heads, on the street full of history, which you can learn of also in the museum's three halls, the oldest of which dates back to the 14th century.
