Party will start with delicious buffet dinner at 8 p.m in the restaurant and continues with entrtainment in the hotel night club „Cellar“
New Year buffet dinner menu includes:
COLD BUFFET
- Potato and mustard salad, matjes herring
- Estonian style beet root salad
- Cabbage and cranberry salad
- Wild mushroom salad
- Lettuce, herb vinaigrette
- Cold poached trout, Caesar sauce
- Salted salmon with rose pepper, egg butter
- Selection of fish roe, chive flavoured sour cream, buckwheat blinis
- Roasted Narva lamprey with lingonberry and apple salad
- Roastbeef and balsamico flavoured onions
- Meat jelly with horse radish sauce
- Oven baked liver paté, black currant jelly
- Fillet of turkey, marinated pumpkin salad
WARM BUFFET
- Oven baked pork, creamy mustard sauce
