Conference Facilities

The Tallink City Hotel is the perfect place for all kinds of conferences, seminars and training courses as it is located right in the centre of Tallinn and is easy to access by different means of transport.

The conference halls and meeting suites on the tenth floor of the hotel offer magnificent views of the city. The modern Conference Centre on the second floor of the hotel was opened in April 2007 and its biggest hall has room for 186 people.

Conference equipment, air conditioning and free WiFi are available in all conference halls and meeting suites. The basic equipment of the halls includes a flip chart and markers, overheard projector, screen and writing pads and pens for all participants.

Gala dinners and receptions can also be held in the Conference Centre.

Nightclub Cellar on the lower level of the hotel is the perfect place for conference after-parties, product launches, company parties and receptions. A buffet can also be served in the nightclub in addition to a selection of drinks and snacks. Conference equipment and free WiFi can be set up in the nightclub if required.
